Each apartment has a private garden; a veranda or a terrace, with possibility of dining outdoor; a double room; a living-room with a sofa–double bed and another sofa-single bed, an open kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and a complete infentory (including sauce pans, frying pans, cutlery, iron, hair-dryer, satellite television); bathroom with shower. Pets are allowed only if little.
In our Residence there are two 2-room apartments adapted for disabled people (wheelchair-adapted).
The price is in Euros
for week.
60 Euros for the final cleaning.
30 euros for person
/ week: supply of electricity, gas and water, linen (weekly change of bed sheets and towels for the bathroom, not towels for the beach
and kitchen cloth).
Extra bed (5th bed in the 2-room apartments or 7. bed in the 3-room apartments): 70 Euros for week in July and August, 30 Euros in the other months.
Air conditioning /
heating is
optional for an extra charge of 70 Euros for week.
Baby Bed: for free on request, but you will have to take your own linen for the
baby-bed because the agency which supply us the linen has not baby-size.
Baby seat: for free on request.
Deposit of 100 Euros (it will be given you back if there are no damages).
Last year the city council of Villasimius put a tourist tax of 1 Euro for person for day for each person above 10 years, from 1/7 to 31/8. Probably this tax will be proposed also for 2012, we will keep you informed.
