The village of Villasimius is in the south-east of Sardinia Island, it is a wonderful place, and last year won the second prize as an italian tourist resort. In the surrounding areas there are dozens of  wonderful beaches; a touristic port where it is possible to organize excursions to some small nearby islands ; a wide selection of restaurants (some of which have significant panoramic views); discos and shops.

Three years ago the whole area became a marine park, where it is possible to admire a very limpid sea, magnificent sea beds with a wide quantity of sea animals, among them a colony of tropical fish from the Red Sea that is unique in the Mediterranean.

The residence is located in the gulf of Villasimius, 300 m. from the wonderful beach of Campulongu, in a area full of trees and with panoramic views, approximately 2 km. from the village, in a peaceful and silent zone, well connected to the main streets, services and beaches.
